We ship worldwide as we have clients from all over. Our shipping providers are as follows:
FOR OUR LOCAL CLIENTS
Our orders are shipped via Courier Guy at a fixed rate of R130. This service is fully insured for peace of mind. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
If you feel this shipping timeframe is not suitable and you would like an alternative option that may be quicker, we can overnight the parcel at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
As some countries restrict the import of jewellery, please get in touch to place an order. International orders are shipped via DHL, and the shipping cost and timeframe will be calculated prior to the sale.
Once your order arrives in your destination country, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred to release the parcel. Since duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country, we recommend researching the applicable percentages of taxes and duties in your country before making a purchase.
THEIA JEWELLERY will not process a refund if you refuse to pay the relevant duties and taxes for your order. If your parcel is returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivering the item.
Exchanges

Due to the highly personal and custom nature of our work, Theia Jewellery does not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for bespoke jewellery, made-to-order items, or earrings.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully. We're here to help guide you through the process — so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your piece, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

READY TO WEAR
Unless otherwise stated, unworn ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the item(s) for a store credit, less the shipping fee.

Store credit will be issued to the email address provided. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
​
Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with the original packaging. THEIA JEWELLERY reserves the right to reject an exchange if we believe it is not in new condition. ​
Warranty
At Theia Jewellery, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create.
​
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all bespoke jewellery, and a 3-year limited warranty on our ready-made fine jewellery collections:​ If a manufacturing fault is identified, we will repair the piece at no cost to you and cover the relevant shipping charges.

Please note the following exclusions:

Chains are not covered under warranty due to their naturally delicate nature

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including:
– Scratches or dents
– Misshapen bands
– Cracked stones
– Lost or stolen items

If a piece shows signs of improper care upon inspection, we’ll be happy to assist with a repair — this will be quoted accordingly.
