Shipping, Exchanges
& Our Warranty


We ship worldwide as we have clients from all over. Our shipping providers are as follows:



Our orders are shipped via Courier Guy at a fixed rate of R130. This service is fully insured for peace of mind. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.


If you feel this shipping timeframe is not suitable and you would like an alternative option that may be quicker, we can overnight the parcel at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.



As some countries restrict the import of jewellery, please get in touch to place an order. International orders are shipped via DHL, and the shipping cost and timeframe will be calculated prior to the sale.


Once your order arrives in your destination country, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred to release the parcel. Since duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country, we recommend researching the applicable percentages of taxes and duties in your country before making a purchase.


THEIA JEWELLERY will not process a refund if you refuse to pay the relevant duties and taxes for your order. If your parcel is returned due to unpaid duties and taxes, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivering the item."

Exchanges & Warranty


THEIA JEWELLERY does not issue refunds, store credit, or exchanges for bespoke jewellery, made-to-order items, or earrings. 

We kindly ask that you choose carefully – we will be happy to assist with any questions you have about our pieces.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy with your item, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Unless otherwise stated, unworn ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the item(s) for a store credit, less the shipping fee. 

Store credit will be issued to the email address provided. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees. 

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with the original packaging. THEIA JEWELLERY reserves the right to reject an exchange if we believe it is not in new condition.  



We stand behind the quality of our pieces. THEIA JEWELLERY offers a limited lifetime warranty on all bespoke pieces. and a 3-year limited warranty on our ready-made fine jewellery.

If a manufacturing issue is found, THEIA JEWELLERY will repair the damage without charge and cover the relevant shipping charges.

Unfortunately, this warranty does not include chains, as they are by nature very delicate. 


This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

If your piece shows signs of improper care upon inspection, we will repair the ring at a cost.
